Connectivity
EasyEDI maps your EDI transactions to and from PRONTO-Xi into the appropriate document formats for your trading partners. It supports ANSI X.12, EDIFACT and XML formats, as well as optionally handling Internet transaction protocols such as AS2.
Trading Partners
EasyEDI is designed to support the electronic trading requirements of Australian retailers such as Coles Myer Group, Woolworths Limited, David Jones, Harris Scarfe, Bunnings and many more via standard protocol maps. Additional trading partners can be easily established and integrated to accommodate international or off-shore supply chains. Most standard business documents including Purchase Orders (ORDERS), Advanced Shipment Notice/ASN (DESADV), Invoices (INVOIC) and Purchase Order Acknowledgements (POA) can be easily defined and exchanged.
EFT Transactions
PRONTO-Xi can generate electronic funds transfer documents for banks that have agreed to participate in the Direct Entry System. It provides the facility to transfer electronic files to banking software packages.
